CHEESE POTATOES



INGREDIENTS:
1 32 oz. package frozen Hash Browns diced potatoes
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 16 oz. container Sour Cream
1 8 to 12 oz. package shredded cheddar cheese (mild or sharp)
1/2 cup milk
1/2+ cup chopped onion (adjust to your taste)
Crushed potato chips for topping

Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, cheese and onion together, add the frozen diced potatoes. Pour in a 9x13 pan.

Top with crushed potato chips and bake at 375° for 45-60 minutes. Serve.
