

INGREDIENTS:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast cleaned & cut into 3 or 4 pieces each
1 8 oz pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 package of bacon
For Marinade:
mix 1 cup soy sauce (can use lite)
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup or more chopped green onions
the sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp of olive oil (optional)
less than 1 Tbsp honey (optional but I think it adds something to it and you will dispose of a lot of the marinade so your not really
eating all of it any way)or a little sugar substitute.
Add chicken pieces stir and refrigerate 15 min. to 4 hrs.
Cut bacon in half. Lay slices out on counter or cutting board put one piece of chicken on a slice of bacon. Add a slice of mushroom. Wrap with bacon. Put on skewer. Repeat with remaining chicken pieces. Discard marinade. Mix 1/2 cup each of fresh apple cider & soy sauce to brush on as chicken cooks.
Cook on grill till chicken & bacon are done.
