CRANBERRY-ORANGE RELISH



INGREDIENTS:

1 (12 oz) pkg. fresh cranberries
1 Navel orange
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts

Grind up the cranberries and orange together (if the orange has seeds, remove them and take the excess pith, do not peel). Put in a sauce pan and add the sugar and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until bubbly, stirring often. Lower the heat and cook for another 1/2 hour. Remove from heat and stir in walnuts.

Store in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
