

Filling:
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups brown sugar
1/4 to 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups coconut (flakes)
2 cups pecans (chopped)
Preheat oven to 350°.
Use a pastry blender to combine crust ingredients. Press the mixture into a greased 9x13" baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat 4 eggs well, add the other ingredients. Stir well. Then pour the filling over the baked crust and bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes. Let it cool and cut into squares.
Serve with a scoop of french vanilla ice cream (optional).
