| INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 cup chocolate wafer cookie crumbs 1/4 cup butter, melted 3 cups miniature marshmallows 1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 cups chilled whipping cream 1/4 cup Creme de Menthe 3 Tbsp. white Creme de Cacao Few drops green food coloring |

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Mix wafer crumbs and butter in an 9-inch pie pan or plate. Press firmly and evenly against bottom and side of pan.
Bake 10 minutes. Cool.
Melt marshmallows with the milk over low heat, stirring constantly. Chill until thickened.
Stir marshmallow mixture to blend; gradually stir in Creme de Menthe and Creme de Cacao. Fold into whipped cream. Fold in green food coloring.
Pour into baked crust.
Chill at least 4 hours.
