

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground pork
1 1/2 lbs ground ham
1 tsp onion, chopped
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp salt (optional)
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp mustard
GLAZE:
1/2 brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1/3 cup water
2 tsp white vinegar
Mix all of the above ingredients and put into a loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Baste every 1/2 hour with the glaze.
