HOT BUTTERED RUM



Yummy, worth every calorie!


INGREDIENTS:
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp white sugar
1 cup vanilla ice cream
24 oz. rum

Mix butter and sugars. Beat with rotary beater and add the cream by spoonfuls. This mixture may be stored for several days in the refrigerator.

TO MAKE DRINK: Place 2 Tbsp of mixture in a cup and add 2 ounce jigger of rum. Fill with boiling water.
