

INGREDIENTS:
1 whole boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 sliced lemon
1 clove fresh garlic, crushed
parsley flakes
lemon pepper
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Place chicken breast on tin foil inside baking dish. Rub chicken with the juice of two lemon wedges.Spread crushed garlic evenly over chicken.
Sprinkle lightly with parsley flakes and lemon pepper.Place remaining lemon wedges over chicken. Seal tightly with top layer of tin foil.
Bake 40 minutes. Serves 2
