Peanut Butter Delights (fudge)



INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Splenda, granular
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons marshmallow cream

Mix Splenda and cream in a saucepan on the stove. Bring to a boil. Boil for no more than 45 seconds. Add remaining ingredients. Remove from heat and whisk together until smooth. Place a sheet of wax paper on a cookie sheet. Spoon teaspoon size amounts onto the wax paper and let cool.

Or pour into a small glass baking pan that has been VERY lightly sprayed with Pam. Let cool. Cut into squares.

It's a good idea to make 2 or 3 batches at once an then store them in the freezer. It will help you avoid grabbing a candy bar and cheating when you are craving something sweet.
