

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 Tbsp butter
1 cup miniature marshmallows (packed)
Mix both sugars, butter and evaporated milk in a 3 Qt. saucepan. Bring to a boil and allow it to boil for 10 minutes stirring frequently until it gets to a soft ball stage. Remove from heat and mix in marshmallows, stir until all marshmallows are melted. Add the peanut butter and mix well.
Pour into a buttered 6x6 pan and let it cool for about 2 to 3 hours.
Cut and serve.
