

INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp gelatin
2 cups sweet milk
1 pint whipping cream
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 medium-sized can pineapple, drained
Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup milk. Bring 1 1/2 cups milk to boiling point. Mix hot milk with dissolved gelatin. Let cool. Whip cream and whites of eggs, then add milk and gelatin, whipping constantly. Then add sugar and pineapple. Rinse mold with cold water. Pour mixture into mold. Store in refrigerator until congealed.
Pineapple can be substituted with orange pulp.
