Sauteed Pork Loin and Mushrooms



INGREDIENTS:
4 pcs of cut up pork loin or 4 pork loin chops
2 Tbs butter
8oz package of sliced mushrooms
1/4 C chopped onion

In a hot skillet brown the pork in the butter. Add 1/4 C. of water, the mushrooms and the onion and cover. Cook on medium heat for approximately 20 min.
Makes 4 servings at 2.6 g. of carbs
