

This is a PENNSYLVANIA-DUTCH type of dressing and it is great for either potato or macaroni salad.
INGREDIENTS:
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp. flour
3/4 cup sugar
