SEVEN LAYERS COOKIES



 
INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup margarine
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup coconut
1 (6 oz) pkg butterscotch morsels
1 (6 oz) pkg chocolate chips
1 (15 oz) can Eagle Brand milk
1-1/2 cups finely chopped walnuts

Melt the margarine in a 9x13x2 pan. Spread graham cracker crumbs over melted butter. Sprinkle the coconut, spread the chocolate chips and then the butterscotch chips. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over all. Top with walnuts.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into small rectangles.
