

Split lengthwise (do not split to ends, keep ends closed). Stuff the slit with cheese of your choice (do not overstuff).
Wrap with thin sliced bacon around the sizzler, covering the sausage and cheese. Secure with toothpick if necessary.
Bake at 350° F. until bacon is cooked to your taste. Or you can broil.
The sizzlers I use (Eckrich) are 2 g carbs each sausage.
Make up 4 at a time and warm the leftovers the next day.
