

INGREDIENTS:
1 lg sweet onion, sliced
3-3 1/2 lb well trimmed corned beef brisket
3/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 C chicken broth
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 C sour cream
1 Tbs cream style horseradish
2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
Put onion in bottom of slow cooker. Rinse beef, discard seasoning packet.
Place beef on top of onions, sprinkle on the red peppers. Mix broth & worcestershire, pour it over beef. The recipe says to cook on low for 8-9
hours. I put mine on auto (for times sake) which cooks for 4 hrs on high then goes to low automatically.
Mix sour cream, horseradish & parsley--serve with beef & onions.
It suggests steamed green cabbage as a side.
