

INGREDIENTS:
2-1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Sugar Substitute
1 Cup Shortening
2 Cups Sugar Free Chocolate Morsels
2 Egg Beaters
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Mix shortening, sugar substitute, egg beaters and vanilla extract until creamy. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Drop by round measuring tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 9-11 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool.
