

INGREDIENTS:
2 level Tbsp. of Hershey's unsweetened cocoa
2 Tbsp. of shortening or oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 Cup sugar substitute
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, chocolate, shortening or oil, sweetener and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans.
Pour into an 8 in. square baking pan lined with foil. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Cut into 16 servings
