CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES



INGREDIENTS:

1 square unsweetened chocolate
4 Tbsp. graham crumbs
4 tsp low fat cream cheese
4 tsp sugar substitute
1 Tbsp. ground almonds

Melt the chocolate in a small bowl over a pan of hot water. Remove from heat and beat in cream cheese. Add graham crumbs and sugar substitute, mix well.

Chill mixture in refrigerator. When chilled, form into about nine small balls. Roll in ground almonds to coat.

Store in cool place. Serve at room temperature

YIELD: About 9 truffles. Approximately 45 calories each.
