WILTED ESCAROLE



INGREDIENTS:
3 ounces, Escarole, cleaned and cut
1/4 ounce, Minced Garlic
1/2 ounce, Unsalted Butter
1/2 ounce, Olive Oil
1 pinch, Crushed Red Pepper



Over medium-high heat, add oil, garlic and crushed red pepper. Add escarole and butter. Toss until escarole is wilted.
